Validation of Sterilization

Mediplast plays a critical role in the supply chain of its customers, during the various phases of their product development as well as in their clinical trials. Amongst these companies one finds a significant number of start-up companies looking to Mediplast for professional guidance in the search for compatibility of the product with ETO sterilization and the feasibility of its sterilization.

This is verified during the validation of the ETO sterilization process of the product in preparation for the clinical trials. Bacteriological and other tests (including ETO residual testing) pertaining to the validation and sterilization trials, are performed by independent qualified and approved laboratories.

Lab Support  

Mediplast offers a One Stop Shop Laboratory service where we facilitate and manage all of the associated laboratory testing for the validation process. We have been working with these laboratories for many years ensuring Best Practice Validation process.
